A development-sector professional with over 10 years of experience, Rishika Kashyap currently serves as the Chief Events Officer at Utkarsh Global Foundation, leading the strategy, planning, and execution of events, campaigns, and special projects across the Foundation’s nine social development initiatives.

 

Her role spans across the organization, working closely with leadership, departments, and initiative teams to conceptualize and execute large-scale events, awareness campaigns, community engagement programmes, institutional activities, and special projects across multiple locations in India.

 

Since joining Utkarsh Global Foundation in November 2022, she has progressed through multiple responsibilities, beginning as District Coordinator – Women Education and Empowerment Movement, followed by Operations Manager – Environment & Women Education and Empowerment, before moving into the Foundation’s events leadership. She also serves as In-charge – Janata Ki Soch Movement, contributing to citizen engagement and community-focused initiatives.

 

Her key expertise includes event strategy, project execution, team leadership, budgeting, stakeholder and partner coordination, vendor management, logistics, branding and communication coordination, and cross-functional management. Through her involvement across all nine initiatives, she plays a key role in transforming the Foundation’s vision into structured, impactful, and large-scale programmes that engage communities and strengthen Utkarsh’s social impact.

A graduate in B.Sc. Information Technology (B.Sc. IT), Kishor Sansare brings over 17 years of professional experience, including more than 15 years in the Information Technology sector with leading multinational organizations.

 

Currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer at Utkarsh Global Foundation, he leads the Foundation’s overall technology strategy and operations, including IT infrastructure, technical support, systems management, application development, and digital solutions. He oversees both the IT Support and Development teams, driving the development and implementation of in-house applications and technology solutions aligned with the organization’s evolving needs.

 

His key expertise includes technology planning, IT infrastructure management, system implementation, application development, team leadership, vendor coordination, and IT operations. Through his leadership, he plays a key role in strengthening the Foundation’s technology capabilities, operational efficiency, and digital infrastructure across the organization.

A seasoned administration professional with over 15 years of experience across the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, and Diagnostic industries, Bhushan Dal currently serves as the Chief Administrative Officer at Utkarsh Global Foundation.

 

He leads the Foundation’s Pan-India administrative operations, ensuring efficient coordination and smooth functioning across multiple locations. His expertise spans facility and infrastructure management, vendor management, compliance, employee coordination, office operations, cost optimization, and organizational administration.

 

With strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, he works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational efficiency, administrative systems, and business continuity across the organization.

An experienced operations and business management professional with over 10 years of experience, Hetal Sinalkar currently serves as the Chief of Staff at Utkarsh Global Foundation, supporting organizational leadership in strategic planning, operational management, and execution of key priorities.

 

Working closely with the Founder and senior leadership, she plays a key role in translating strategic decisions into actionable plans, coordinating cross-functional teams, monitoring organizational priorities, and ensuring effective execution across departments and initiatives.

 

Her professional expertise spans operations management, strategic execution, project management, process development, team coordination, stakeholder management, and organizational development. She has extensive experience in managing multi-location operations, developing processes and SOPs, strengthening internal coordination, and driving projects from planning through implementation.

 

Prior to her role at Utkarsh Global Foundation, she contributed to building and scaling operations from the ground up, including achieving 500+ enrolments and over ₹1 crore in revenue within the education sector.

 

With a structured, hands-on, and results-oriented approach, she serves as a critical link between leadership, departments, and operational teams, helping ensure organizational priorities are effectively communicated, coordinated, and executed.

A strategic HR professional with over 14 years of diverse experience across technology, consulting, professional services, and the non-profit sector, Richa Jacob currently serves as the Head – Human Resources at Utkarsh Global Foundation.

 

She leads the Foundation’s HR function, with expertise in HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, organizational development, HR operations, analytics, and compliance. Her experience with AI-enabled recruitment, Power BI, HRIS/ATS platforms, SAP, and Workday brings a strong technology- and data-driven approach to people management.

 

With multidisciplinary qualifications across Human Resources, International Business, Commerce, and Computer Applications, she focuses on building strong teams, effective people practices, and a high-performing organizational culture aligned with the Foundation’s mission and growth.

A qualified legal professional with extensive experience in litigation, legal drafting, regulatory compliance, legal research, and case management, Adv. Nikita Bhojane currently serves as the Chief Law Officer at Utkarsh Global Foundation.

 

She leads the Foundation’s legal function, overseeing legal and regulatory compliance, drafting and vetting of agreements, litigation and court matters, legal notices, documentation, and coordination with external advocates and authorities. Her experience spans corporate, real estate, and litigation matters, including proceedings before various judicial and quasi-judicial forums.

 

She holds an LL.M. in Environmental Studies, LL.B., M.Com. in Banking & Finance, and B.Com., bringing a multidisciplinary understanding of legal, regulatory, financial, and organizational matters to the Foundation.
